So I've accepted that I'm not going to get much sleep tonight.
I was going to do a 3 day fast followed by 50 cal restricting.
But I've never done a liquid fast, and I'd really like to try it.
Monday will be day one.
I'm thinking water, tea (crystal lite), decaf green tea, vegetable broth, and maybe orange juice.
I'll give myself a calorie limit on the orange juice =] kay?

Ohh. and Maybe one piece of fruit for breakfast. Probably not. I hate breakfast.
But I bought Skinny Bitch tonight and it said that a piece of fruit in the morning helps you loose weight. Couldn't hurt.
What should my liquids + one piece of fruit calorie limit be?
